Reviews of Tatenokawa Junmai Daiginjoshu "18"

"It has a well-balanced and elegant aroma that makes you think, "This is a pure rice daiginjo sake made with Yamada Nishiki." You can clearly feel the sweetness reminiscent of fruit and the umami of rice, yet it leaves a clean impression. It has a flavor that goes well with light and savory ingredients, whether it's meat, fish, or vegetables." (Woman/30s)

”I bought this because I was attracted by the 18% polished rice. I usually feel that the more the rice is polished, the less the brewery's unique flavor becomes, but even though this Yamadanishiki rice was polished to 18%, the rice flavor remained strong and I could really feel Tatenokawa's unique flavor.” (Man/50s)
