Reviews of Kurosawa Junmai "80"

”When chilled, it has a sweet aroma. My wife says it's banana. Moderate umami and sourness. I drink a fair amount of sake, and my wife doesn't drink much either, but we both feel that this is a delicious sake that we can enjoy.”(Man/60s)

"The aroma is a little refreshing. When you drink it chilled, it has a refreshing touch, a slight fizz, a direct rice flavor, and a slightly strong acidity that makes it very sharp. When you warm it up, the alcohol is noticeable, but the sharpness is removed and it becomes a more balanced taste that seeps into your body. It is a very sophisticated sake with a good rice flavor and acidity."(Man/50s)
